High tech update: I can now be reached (sometimes!) by Internet Telephony. I have written a guide to it here. My SIP-phone address is sip://544493@fwd.pulver.com. Alternatively, the number 0870 3403399, which may be dialed from a regular telephone, will also reach me by VoIP, (and is charged at the BT National Rate). In both cases, there is voicemail, which will result in my receiving your message by email (as a .wav file). You can (theoretically) check whether I am online here: this icon will say "Now Online" or "Network member" depending on status:
